REMA`s management philosophy is principally based on "managing by results, not activity." Putting forth an exceptional effort is all well and good. However, if the ensuing result is less than adequate this effort is of little or no value - in other words, there is no such thing as "an A for effort" at REMA. REMA associates are expected to manage by result and understand that they are individually accountable for achieving the results which are clearly defined as to what is expected of them. Managing and measuring by results are the only way to factually assess whether the company is moving toward attainment of "The Vision."
